Our service
We provide Will preparation and ADJD registration support for assets located in the UAE. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Seek independent legal advice where your circumstances require it.
Packages and court fees
Heirloom Essential (Single Will): 745 AED. Heirloom Mirror (two Wills for couples): 1,345 AED. Heirloom Concierge (Single Will with priority drafting): 1,645 AED. ADJD court fees are excluded and paid directly to the ADJD: 950 AED for Essential or Concierge, 1,900 AED (950 AED per Will) for Mirror.
Preparation and registration
All packages include online Will drafting, review and corrections, translation, ADJD preparation, a notarisation appointment and secure storage. Concierge includes priority drafting and the earliest available ADJD appointment. You must provide accurate information and approve your Will before submission. Court availability, eligibility and processing times are determined by the ADJD; we do not promise exact timings.
Refunds
A full refund is available when requested within 14 days of payment, only if the Will has not been finalised or submitted to the ADJD. The service is non-refundable after 14 days or once the Will has been finalised or submitted to the ADJD. ADJD fees paid directly to the ADJD cannot be refunded by Heirloom. Send requests to info@heirloom.legal. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
