The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department administers Will registration and notarisation. Heirloom supports the preparation process for Wills registered with the ADJD in the UAE.

Applicable inheritance rules govern an estate without a registered Will. These may not match your wishes; account access and asset transfers can also be delayed during estate administration.
The process includes drafting, review, corrections, translation and an ADJD notarisation appointment. Timings depend on document readiness and court availability. Concierge prioritises drafting and the earliest available appointment; we do not guarantee court timings.
No. The ADJD court fee is 950 AED for Essential or Concierge and 1,900 AED (950 AED per Will) for Mirror. It is not included and is paid directly to the ADJD.
Yes. Heirloom Mirror includes two coordinated Wills for couples, including wishes concerning beneficiaries, executors and guardians.
A full refund is available when requested within 14 days of payment, only if the Will has not been finalised or submitted to the ADJD. The service is non-refundable after 14 days or once the Will has been finalised or submitted to the ADJD. ADJD fees paid directly to the ADJD cannot be refunded by Heirloom. Send requests to info@heirloom.legal. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
